He started his own training and consulting practice, Trillion Training, in 1994. He has developed and delivered many excellent training solutions and programmes for established organisations and top brands across a wide range of industries.

Tommy Tan has more than 20 years of extensive regional experience developing and managing HRD strategy and programs for sustainable performance improvements. Highly successful, entrepreneurial and innovative approach to major HR activities. He is certified Management Consultant and also visiting professor for HR courses.
Mr. Stephen Yee
Mr. Stephen Yee is one of the nominated member of the Board of Accreditation for IPAC. He is the Deputy Executive Director of Singapore National Employers Federation (SNEF). He is responsible for SNEF corporate learning Centre to meet the current and the future needs of its members and working very closely with tripartite partners of their support.
